Chippewa River District Library will return to normal operating hours, August 2, and will begin in person programming this fall.
“We are happy to be fully open and serving the public again,” said Corey Friedrich, director of the Chippewa River District Library System. “We have made some adjustment to our hours at Veterans Memorial, but all of the other branches are open the same as before the pandemic.”
Veterans Memorial Library will now be open Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Friday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sundays will remain 1 - 5 p.m., Labor Day through Memorial Day.
“We appreciated everyone working with us through the past year,” Friedrich said. “Having the library branches open again and seeing people in person has been a great return to normal.”
CRDL will continue to expand its offerings to the public. The public computer labs are open, items are available for checkout both online and in person, and in person programs will start in a few weeks.
Curbside service is still available at all branches, and pick up is now located at the front of the building on University Street at Veterans Memorial.
