I enjoyed this story of a librarian in a small French village who deals with the loss of friends and family while trying to stay alive, protect the books, and aid The Resistance as they all hope and pray that someone will stop the Germans from taking over everything. This wasn't the best WWII novel I've ever read, but it was good. The narrator was fantastic!
The Librarian of Saint-Malo can be found in Hoopla as an audiobook.
