Cookbook Club: Artisan Bread Making

Watch an artisan bread-making demonstration led by students in the GI-TEC Culinary Arts class, discuss the featured cookbook, and enjoy a piece of freshly baked artisan bread with various flavors! One lucky attendee will win a copy of the cookbook.
