Purpose of Meeting
McLaren Health Plan will be hosting our MyCommunity Connect event on the 1st Thursday of each Month. The MyCommunity Connect event is offered to ALL members of the community. We will offer assistance to community members with Medicaid healthcare applications or questions with the process, referrals to marketplace if you no longer qualify for Medicaid. We will also be offering connection to Community Resources if necessary. This includes resources for Housing, food, medical care, employment/education resources, transportation and much more. McLaren Health Plan members are encouraged to stop by to learn about their medical benefits or ask questions!
