A McLaren Health Plan Community ambassador will be here to help you connect to community resources! Stop by the Veterans Memorial Library on the first Thursday of each month to receive 1-on-1 assistance with:
Health insurance applications
Community resource connection (Housing, food, transportation, medical care etc.)
FAQs/ McLaren Health Plan benefit information
This event is open to ALL community members!
Please join us if you need some help, we are here to meet community members where they are.
