A McLaren Health Plan Community Ambassador will be here to help you connect to community resources! Stop by the Veterans Memorial Library on the first Thursday of each month to receive 1-on-1 assistance with:
Health insurance application assistance or questions
Community resource connection (Housing, food, transportation, medical care etc.)
FAQs/ McLaren Health Plan benefit information
This event is open to ALL community members!
Please join us if you need help, we are here to meet community members where they are.
